We visited the South Carolina Aquarium, checking out all the amazing marine life. The hotel was super convenient to get to the aquarium, and we also enjoyed the beaches nearby. The rooms were clean and comfy, making it a great spot to unwind after our adventures!

The dining area could use more variety. They had a decent breakfast but no fresh fruit, which was a letdown for those who prefer healthier options.

I found the Extended Stay America Suites, Charleston, Mt Pleasant very accommodating for seniors. The accessible layout and helpful staff made navigating the space easy, and my room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

More variety in breakfast options would be great.

The room itself had a decent layout, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. However, there were some major issues that stood out. Upon check-in, my room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to relax. The bathroom and kitchen areas weren't as clean as I expected, with visible grime in the corners. I had some trouble with the staff. one front desk attendant was particularly rude when I asked for help. I understand everyone has bad days, but a little courtesy goes a long way. I also found the "free breakfast" to be quite lacking—just coffee and granola bars? Not what I expected. Overall, I think this hotel needs to tighten up on cleanliness and improve customer service to match the nice location and amenities.
